In our first event we had two fantastic speakers coming to talk about their experiences with sustainability in industrial design consultancies. Exploring topics from tackling tricky clients, pushing eco goals through to production, and implementing sustainability practices into the design process.
Kerry spoke to us about the advancements being made in sustainable design within the medical sector as well as insights learned from Kinneir Dufort’s in-house Sustainability Lab and KD’s global partners at SteriPack. While John discussed how at Matter they’re tackling sustainability challenges from working with global brands in FMCG to redesigning The Royal British Legion’s symbolic poppy to be 100% paper.
